At Gandzee, we’re all parents too. We know that generous return policies make life easier.
Returning Clothing Items With Defects
Every piece of Gandzee clothing is thoroughly checked before it makes its way to your doorstep. We know that busy parents can’t fuss with a sticky zipper or loose button. If we ever miss anything and your find yourself with a faulty item, just give us a ring toll-free at (855) 426-3590 or e-mail us at email@example.com. Tell us what’s wrong with the item, and we’ll e-mail you a return label that you can use to send the item back. We ask that all items be unworn and returned with the original tags and packaging.
We stand behind the quality of our clothing, and we always want you to be 100% satisfied with the clothing you receive. We’ll replace the faulty item if it's available or exchange the item within 10 days of receipt if you’d like money back equal to the item’s value.
Returning an Individual Item of Clothing or an Entire Wardrobe
If—for any reason—you need to return a single item of clothing or an entire wardrobe, just do so within 10 days of receipt to receive a refund or exchange. When we exchange an item, we always try to exchange it with the identical article of clothing or accessory. However, we may substitute with a like item if a wardrobe collection has sold out for the season. If we don't have the item in inventory, or a like item, we will offer you money back equal to the item’s value.

Much as we’d love to, sale and clearance items can’t be returned.
Phew, that’s a lot of fine print. It’s much more fun to shop for pretty clothes. So go do that instead!
